incident + indictment = incitement
for the rationalization of racism is threatening to destroy the core of this nation as skin color polarization becomes the deadliest of fascinations 6 lives a mere Microcosm of Macro lies haunting the children’s children of the movement for civil rights who become saddled between those looking for something to believe in and profiteers of melanin kin wallowing in the contradiction of conviction as inequality bleeds into the economy those without access to wealth grasp at the match to light the powderkeg of change for human rights violations disguised as rule of law have always been the proverbially straw that long ago broke the camel’s back a quadriplegic crippling whose effects are rippling far beyond Louisiana’s borders.© 2007 dasuntoucha

You silence me Sun. We went to the protest yesterday. I saw not only black/white polarization. But peaceful African-Americans vs. Revolutionary African-Americans could not agree. This is definitely turning into a Martin vs. Malcolm mentality. Jesse Jackson and MLKIII held a peaceful protest, while the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense stood their ground in front of the courthouse. Every single store was closed in Jena. People had to light up grills, The Red Cross had to pass out water. I will never forget this, ever. This is true reflection of the predicament of our young black men in the deep south, and the battle is not over. We still have to get Michael Bell's release to stick, and the trials of the others haven't even happened yet. This is our time black people! Let your voices be heard! FREE THE JENA 6!
