Spring Bee
it comes every spring
that inferno
internal believing
buzzing bee
like hope just continuing
to torture me
just won't let me be!
in the midt of my grief
in lack wallowing
shrouded in my suffering
I curse it and swat
even throw shoes
"leave me in my blues!"
it still won't...
give up on me
even in the deep of the dark
of my justified cynical-izing
you say ...here is the story of my
testifying!?!
you must be crazy!!
...don't you even know you not suppose to fly!
so why you keep on trying...
in the face of daily trudging and dieing
Why!?!
still smiling at me
saying join we
like I got wings ....silly thing
buzzing something 'bout
all I need are mustard seeds
....I can't see
still with tender tree buds
and once again
hints of grass green
here you come again
with spring
.....thank you
Sekhem

Hidden Poetress's Scribe of the Month: the god's honest truth
Scribed by: Spoken Grenade
i want to remember you. beautiful
before the
you must leap tall buildings indoctrination
met you grown man
falling flat into earth’s face
learning that superman’s cape
is nothing but a red sheet
and kryptonite is figurative speak for life.
i want to hold you. unbroken
with the pieces of icarus’ dreams
still dancing in your eyes…
somehow do more than remit
the sum collective of your bygone
before bitter found a place
beyond your tongue.
but you want me warm
chasing the winter winds of solitary
to love like you asked
over tea and toast.
but i can’t pretend you are not
udders for poems & orgasms
with a warm cup of companion.
neither will i deny milking this for
conversations. wide open silences.
and basking delightful
in every digit pursed between
folded promise of jimi hendrix
electric strum upon my vagina strings.
i love us;
a divine elixir.
not you.
of whom i care for in genuine ways.
and this makes me want to kiss back the night
and alleviate the sting
of your heart’s breaking
because i have been there.
however upon inception it was made clear;
we are not here for the long haul.
though we know emotions
don’t always listen to reason.
regardless
in this space
i remain heart unavailable.
a hedonistic soul
in search of unchained molasses
and a perfect poem.
Oasis Spoken Word of the Month: I Fell In Love With a Poet
By: Sable
www.sendspace.com/file/tf9cj1
Watching his lips form my heart
and flow scribes from my insides
I
tried to hide the butterflies, but
they took flight that night
cause the story he told was my own
and
in his eyes I felt at home
and
I couldnt help but feel alone
in his presence because
there were chasms and miles
and space between us
and the people seemed content
just to hear his words,
but I
I heard his heart
and it was kindred to my soul
and I knew it would be bold
to just open up and show
him my heart
so I stayed, and watched and prayed
the stage
would hold him there
just a little longer
giving me more time to ponder
How could I fall in love with a poet
at the first stanza of his drop
Damn, his scribe was hot
and I knew if and when i retired for the eve
there would be no sleep
cause in my minds eye
he would surely creep
The end of his piece
brought me suddenly to my feet
and I snapped
my fingers, and hoped he'd linger
for a little while longer
but he didnt
he just walked away........(sigh)

Straight From the Headlines!!!
Google Cheat View!!!
A FURIOUS wife has called in divorce lawyers after spotting her husband’s car parked outside another woman’s house — on Google.
She saw the Range Rover while using the internet giant’s new Street View service to snoop on a female friend’s home.
The hubby had claimed he was away on business, but his missus recognised his motor immediately because of its blinged-up hubcaps.
The love cheat is not the only husband trapped by Google’s controversial new 360-degree photo search which covers 25 cities and towns throughout the country.
Top media lawyer Mark Stephens said: “I was talking about the Range Rover case when another divorce lawyer came up to say his firm was dealing with the same sort of thing. People are getting caught out on Google.
“I suspect the husband’s lawyers will claim it was an invasion of privacy that will cost him his marriage and Range Rover.”
Street View has triggered a stream of complaints from people caught on camera since its launch on March 20.
Google removed some images — including a man sheepishly leaving a sex shop. An office worker was also caught having a crafty cigarette by a No Smoking sign.
And yesterday The Sun told how a fleet of UFOs was spotted on Street View hovering over an East London bookies.
